Ronald Leslie, President/Broker
As president and founder of The Leslie Group, Ronald Leslie is responsible for all aspects of the business from maintaining client relationships to overseeing each project.
Ronald is also the founder of The Leslie Group's sister businesses, TLG Development Company, a commercial real estate development company, and Residential Partners, a residential real estate development company.
Ronald began his career in the banking industry. In 1978, he obtained his real estate license and immediately began working in commercial real estate with a focus on warehouse and office leasing, and land sales. He soon began pursuing his real passion in the industry - site selection for local hotels and restaurants. He received his broker's license in 1983, and went on to open his three existing businesses.
In addition to his companies, Ronald focuses his time and effort on his philanthropic interests. Along with his wife Robin, Ronald founded The Lord Giveth (TLG) Foundation in 2005 to provide funding to organizations and individuals in need. The Foundation is funded by proceeds from Ronald's three companies.

Brett Leslie, Vice President - Marketing
As president of the Leslie Group, Brett Leslie is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships and setting the tone for the company's future growth. One of Brett's key goals is to keep the business flexible to quickly and effectively respond to clients' changing needs.
Brett first joined The Leslie Group as a sales agent in 1995. He played an instrumental role in helping the company overhaul its sales and marketing materials. Later, Brett assisted in building the company's national restaurant and retail accounts.

Lucie D. Stark, Senior Leasing Associate - Team Leader
Lucie brings 35 years of experience in retail leasing. She is responsible for leasing as well as tenant representation for retailers.
Lucie is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers and the National Association of Realtors. She previously was a senior leasing associate for Grubb & Ellis.
Lucie was raised and educated in Canada receiving her bachelor's degree from Bulmer Business College, Windsor, Ontario, Canada.

E.G. "Kit" Redman, Leasing and Sales Associate
As a leasing and sales associate for The Leslie Group, Kit is responsible for coordinating all lease, letter of intent, and purchase contract activity. Kit interacts with the legal staff and tenants to complete the documentation process.
Kit has spent the majority of his professional career in accounting and investment sales. He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from Otterbein College and also completed graduate-level work at Ohio University.

Glenn Garland, Leasing Associate
Glenn Garland provides leasing, sales, and training services for The Leslie Group.
With 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, Glenn brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. A career highlight, Glenn facilitated a $30 million, 65,000 square-foot build-to-suit lease.
Prior to joining The Leslie Group team, Glenn served in the United States Navy. He earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and completed postgraduate courses at The Ohio State University, Franklin University, and Hondros College (college specializing in the fields of finance, insurance and real estate).

Allison Black, Leasing Associate
Allison Black provides sales and leasing services for The Leslie Group. Her enthusiasm and conscientiousness are enveloped in all of her services.
Allison, a Columbus native, graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in Strategic Communication. During her undergrad she spent three months in an intensive Spanish language study program in Cuernavaca, Mexico. She has also completed postgraduate courses at Hondros College.

Jarrod Powell, Leasing Associate
Jarrod Powell joined The Leslie Group in late 2007. He is responsible for marketing, leasing, sales, and building relationships. Jarrod also has a strategic role in TLG Development Company. Jarrod brings a unique approach, energy, and personality to the workplace.
Jarrod went to high school in Kaiserslautern, Germany giving him the opportunity to tour Europe. He attended Columbus State Community Collge and completed his real estate coursework at Hondros College in Columbus, Ohio.
